Why is there a Quiz in my box? Did I order one? The Acupuncture Quiz allows you to recertify and receive 15 CEUs for completing this Distance Learning course taught by Dr. Keikobad. You are to watch the videos or DVDs that you have ordered, take the Quiz in order to ascertain your mastery of the knowledge contained in the course, and then MAIL it in to us. We will then check the Quiz and determine if you have successfully passed it. Thereafter, a certificate will be mailed to you confirming that you have passed the course Quiz. Please mail the completed Quiz to the address below: Tru Self, Inc. 4120 N. Goldwater Blvd., Suite 213 Scottsdale Arizona 85251 USA Note: Please bear in mind that under NCCAOM rules and regulations, the completed Quiz CANNOT be faxed to us. The certificate cannot be faxed to you but a certificate will be promptly mailed to you upon successful completion of the Quiz.
Do I have to take the Quiz to see the video or DVDs of Deep Diagnosis by Design? Only if you require recertification and need 15 NCCAOM approved CEUs in order to keep practicing Acupuncture. If you are ordering the course and are not an Acupuncturist, you do not have to take the enclosed Quiz.
My deadline for recertification is fast approaching? Can I still order? Absolutely! But it is solely your responsibility to order the course, complete the required Quiz, MAIL (faxing it is disallowed according to the rules and regulations of the NCCAOM) the completed Quiz to us at least 1 month prior to your recerification deadline. This will ensure that all the correct procedures have been followed according to NCCAOM's guidelines for practitioners looking to recertify. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your deadline inspite of you sending us your Quiz on the last day. We will be happy to do our utmost to assist you in acquiring your CEUs as soon as possible. But please bear in mind that the sooner you take the course, the quicker you will meet your deadline, get recertified and have the opportunity to keep on practicing Acupuncture.

I bought your course but now wish to give it to someone else to view. How do I do this? Giving our videos to another person who has not paid for it is strictly prohibited. * The course videos/DVDs should not be sold to another student once you have finished viewing them. They are the sole property of Tru-Self and cannot be disseminated. * Please know that only the person who bought the course will receive the certificate with their own license number on it.
Can I re-sell the course videos or DVDs after I have finished viewing them? You are prohibited from re-selling Dr. Keikobad's course as it is Tru-Self's intellectual property.
I bought your course and want my friend to take the quiz and receive the certificate instead of me. How can I do this? You are prohibited from doing so. The video/DVDs are sold to you for the specific purpose of enabling you to earn your certification. The certificate is specific to your acupuncture license number only.

What are your business hours? Our business hours are 8 AM to 9 PM Pacific Time. But you are welcome to place your order and make your payment 24 hours a day. If you should reach us during our non-business hours, please feel free to leave a message for us and let us know your full name, email address, phone number where you'd prefer to be reached and the product you are interested in purchasing.
When will my order be shipped out? We will usually ship out your order the same day as the order is placed and payment is received and successfully processed by our office. What should I do if a product arrives damaged or defective? If this should occur, you must notify us the same day of its receipt by you and let us know what occurred. Please call us at 1-888-878-7353 as soon as possible.
What if I ordered a product but didn't receive it? If this should occur, you will be sent a tracking number to track your package. When we ship out a product to a customer, we expect that there will be someone there to receive it safely and in a timely manner. This is why it is preferred that you receive your product package personally. A majority of packages are delivered to home addresses for safety reasons, but the customers who choose to receive their packages at office addresses are responsible for the acceptance as well as choice of address where they wish the product to be delievered. We make every effort to ensure that your product reaches you in a safe and timely manner, but cannot ensure the acceptance or safety of the receipt of a package if you choose an office address as the location of delivery. If you still wish to use an office address to receive your product, please make sure that you are there to receive it personally, even if it is delivered on Saturday.

If returning the product/s by mail, an invoice copy should be attached with the returned item. Save the original shipping box, all packaging materials as well as the damaged products for their inspection.
