I bought a course thinking it was an E-Mail Downloable course, but now I noticed that I have to wait for CDs to arrive in the mail. Can I get a refund?

No, you are advised to carefully look at the products on our site and then make a purchase. Each product on our Homepage will clearly state if it is an E-Mail Downloadable course or if it has DVDs/CDs.

Refunds cannot be granted for E-Mail Downloadable courses because you will have already viewed the course content and Quiz questions by then. Please check carefully if the course you want is an E-Mail Downloadable course or if it has a DVD/CD component to it BEFORE you purchase it.

I just completed my Email Download course and have sent in my Quiz Answers. I now want the paper version to be mailed to me for free. Can I have this?

The customer is given the option of requesting either the Email Download of the course or the Printed Version PRIOR to taking the classes. If you had chosen the email download method, the courses were sent via email for your convenience. In the future, please let us know that you require the Printed Version and not the Email Download method, and we will gladly ship out the Workbook and Quiz for your chosen course. You will not have the pay any postage for that, as we will carry the cost for your convenience. You also have the option of printing out the Workbook we emailed you on your own computer.

I'm in a hurry to get my re-certification CEUs. Can I E-Mail my Acupuncture course Quiz Answers to you to save time?

Yes, you may email your Quiz Answers to us at ceus@acu-free.com at the Testing and Re-Certification Center, where your Quiz Answers will be graded. Your certificate will be E-mailed to you the same day. There is no extra charge for this; we provide this service as a convenience for our customers.

The Acupuncture Quiz allows you to recertify and receive 15 CEUs for completing this Distance Learning course taught by Dr. Keikobad. You are to watch the videos or DVDs that you have ordered, take the Quiz in order to ascertain your mastery of the knowledge contained in the course, and then MAIL or email it in to us. We will then check the Quiz and determine if you have successfully passed it. Thereafter, a certificate will be E-mailed to you confirming that you have passed the course Quiz. Do I have to take the Quiz to see the video or DVDs of Deep Diagnosis by Design?

Only if you require recertification and need 15 NCCAOM approved CEUs in order to keep practicing Acupuncture. If you are ordering the course and are not an Acupuncturist, you do not have to take the enclosed Quiz.

My deadline for recertification is fast approaching? Can I still order?

Absolutely! But it is solely your responsibility to order the course, complete the required Quiz, E-MAIL the completed Quiz to us at least 1 month prior to your recerification deadline. This will ensure that all the correct procedures have been followed according to NCCAOM's guidelines for practitioners looking to recertify. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your deadline inspite of you sending us your Quiz on the last day. We will be happy to do our utmost to assist you in acquiring your CEUs as soon as possible. But please bear in mind that the sooner you take the course, the quicker you will meet your deadline, get recertified and have the opportunity to keep on practicing Acupuncture.

Can I re-sell the course videos or DVDs after I have finished viewing them?

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are 8 AM to 9 PM Pacific Time. But you are welcome to place your order and make your payment 24 hours a day. When will my order be shipped out?

We will usually ship out your order the same day as the order is placed and payment is received and successfully processed by our office. What should I do if a product arrives damaged or defective?

If this should occur, you must notify us the same day of its receipt by you and let us know what occurred. Please call us at 1-888-878-7353 as soon as possible.

What if I ordered a product but didn't receive it?

If this should occur, you will be sent a tracking number to track your package. When we ship out a product to a customer, we expect that there will be someone there to receive it safely and in a timely manner. This is why it is preferred that you receive your product package personally. A majority of packages are delivered to home addresses for safety reasons, but the customers who choose to receive their packages at office addresses are responsible for the acceptance as well as choice of address where they wish the product to be delievered. We make every effort to ensure that your product reaches you in a safe and timely manner, but cannot ensure the acceptance or safety of the receipt of a package if you choose an office address as the location of delivery. If you still wish to use an office address to receive your product, please make sure that you are there to receive it personally, even if it is delivered on Saturday.
